Inter-Office Procedures (updated)

Greetings,

The volunteer services inter-office policies and procedures, listed under the General Section of the blog, has been updated to include the recently announced revisions to the volunteer badging process.  Please ensure to review the procedures and become familiar with the protocol for providing volunteers with identification. The inter-office policies also include steps to properly handle volunteer complaints and concerns, and accidents and injuries involving HPL volunteers.
