Volunteer Services Spring 2013 Updates

Good morning everyone,

FYI...the HPL intranet now includes the Community Engagement Page, located under the Departments tab. The Community Engagement page is designed to provide staff with important information regarding the Division that houses Volunteer Services and the Mobile Express Lab.

The volunteer Time Sheet form has been recently adjusted. The "Digitization" option listed under Location has been changed to its more formal title of Cataloging & Metadata Services. For volunteers serving in this area, please be mindful of the recent adjustment.

The Volunteer Services Push card will soon be available in Spanish to coincide with the Spanish Language version of the online volunteer application. Each location will receive a shipment of the new Spanish push cards upon their completion. I will keep you posted as the project progresses.
