Volunteer Confirmation

Good morning everyone,

A new document has been added to the forms section of the blog. The document is titled volunteer confirmation. The document is to be used as confirmation for volunteers who require written confirmation of their volunteer service. The volunteer liaison is reuqired to enter the number of hours, and sign and date the document. The volunteer is also require to sign and date the form.

Also, many of you may have noticed their has been a change to the electronic timesheet. I have listed the locations in alphabetical order to ensure the infomration is entered properly into the spreadsheet for monthly reports. More updates for Volunteer Services will follow soon.
