Volunteer Event Sign-In Sheet

Greetings,

The Forms section of the volunteer blog now includes the Volunteer Event Sign-In Sheet. The Volunteer Event Sign-In Sheet is specifically for group projects and special events that host new, recurring, or short-term volunteers unfamiliar with the process of recording time. The sign-in sheet is also designed as a convenience for staff during outdoor events and other special events where computer access is limited. Upon the conclusion of each event where the sign-in sheet is required, the form will be sent to the Office of Volunteer Services for monthly statistics. For all other purposes, the electronic time sheet should be utilized to record volunteer hours.
