Volunteer Services: Official Forms & Documents

Good morning all,

I would like to provide an update regarding official forms & documents specifically pertaining to the volunteer services program. The HPL intranet has been updated with the necessary documents to conduct business in relation to our volunteers. The Request for Volunteer form, Revised Badge form, and the complete Volunteer Services Application Packet have been uploaded for your convenience. You can find these forms and documents under the Community Engagement Tab.


The PPT presentation from the recent Fall 2013 Volunteer Services Liaison Meetings has been uploaded to the blog as a reference guide. All PPT presentations from the Volunteer Services Meetings have been saved to the G:drive under the the Community Engagement folder.

A Request for Dismissal form alongside an official Letter of Dismissal have been drafted, and are available to staff upon request.


The Volunteer Services Staff Handbook located on the G:drive has been updated to include the addition of the newly drafted forms & documents.
